Following from my previous article on Western Conservatism; I now discuss the way Western conservative political forces can heal the fracture between mainstream and sidestream. The three key topics which need to be addressed to unite and sustain conservative political action in the West are multiculturalism & immigration, law & order, and youth voters.
There are many problems facing conservative parties across the globe. The most recent evidence for this is the leadership struggle in the Australian Liberal-National Party. Just one example of problems arising from conservative voters being displeased with the political elite’s failure to adequately represent them.
The recent terrorist attacks in Sydney and Paris bring the much discussed topic of terrorist radicalization back to the foreground. What are the common misconceptions, who becomes radicalized and how can we tell?
